Van Furniture’s unique 1800 side pods, cabinet, drawer & cushion sets are designed originally for VW T5 T6 camper vans but fits many other medium van types. Makes a twin bench set up for maximum seating area and folds down to create a large full size bed covering 1800mm x 1600mm in size. The largest bed size available from Van Furniture

Our Side Pods are a Flat Pack kit that comes with 1000mm drawer units and heavy duty 80kg drawer runners, popular for gas camping stoves & camping equipment.

Designed and built in laminated ply for pure strength. Laminated ply gives a fantastic contemporary live ply edge, a great alternative to the knock on edging used on lightweight ply units.

Perfect for surf vans, MTB vans and all outdoor pursuits. Similar size to our popular U-Shape Bed interiors but with the added benefit of an opening at the rear of the van for surf boards, kite boards, mountain bikes, hiking equipment, SUP, fishing equipment etc.

Available with a small cabinet for SWB T5 T6 vans and an 800mm for LWB T5 T6 vans.

Optional upholstered cushion set made up of 4 cushions that create the bench seating area and bed.

Easy to remove if you require the use of a works van during the week. Designed to be fixed in place with corner brackets and screws or insert nuts for ease of unbolting / removing.

Self Build & Pre Assembly options

Our Self-Build kits come with full instructions and all relevant fixings provided. Timing for assembly is highly subjective depending on your skill level but on average for a fully built kit that is sanded, finished and installed we would recommend a days allocated timing. We would say this requires a good grasp of DIY ability but we are always there to help if you run in any trouble, with us having fully assembled kits in house we can use for reference and send pictures of.

For a guaranteed hassle-free experience all of our kits are available for pre assembly and can be collected directly from our workshop. We often have many kits built up in our showroom which you can find here .
