Our new cushions for U-Shape beds are made from 100mm foam and upholstered in dark charcoal covers.

U shape bed seating arrangements are becoming more and more popular due to the large amount of storage space these U shape beds offer and create a lovely open feel to your T5 / T6 with seating around the outside of a van unlike a rock & roll bed where you would be sitting fairly central in your camper van.

Our U shape bed kits are shaped for the contours of the van, we machine our U shape beds from the highest quality 16mm laminated ply for unrivalled strength and a unique stunning end grain. This ply is incredibly strong and long lasting perfect for the toughest of camper van lifestyles!

Available for LWB and SWB Transporter T5 & T6 vans.

Van Furniture are proud to offer the only U shape bed kit for Transporters with a larger drawer system, our 1000mm drawers (LWB) and 700mm drawers (SWB) are constructed from 15mm ply with laminated ply drawer front, we supply our large drawers with heavy duty 80kg drawer runners. The drawer system is designed to pull across the sliding door for easy access inside or outside of the van.

Van Furniture U Shape bed kits are supplied as flat pack kits with comprehensive assembly instructions and all required fixings, hinges, drawer runners. We can assemble the beds and cabinets for you, please contact us for pricing and lead times.

All of our built cabinets come with a pre-sanded and professionally oiled solid oak worktops, we finish all of our worktops with two coats of Osmo 3032 Clear satin, our self build kits require the solid oak worktop finishing.

Our U shape bed kits can come complete with kitchen cabinets designed for use with a Waeco CRX50 fridge and option sink cut our for a SWB 9722 and LWB 9222.

Our u-shapes are designed to fit the portable camping toilet from Thetford Porta Potti 145 or 345.

Available with our popular 20mm solid oak worktops and hand made oak tambour doors or a choice of laminated ply worktops. With our assembled cabinets we professionally finish the oak with two coats of Osmo oil. Note self build kits require the oak to be finished, any knots will need filling, worktop sanded and oiled, we recommend the Osmo 3032 oil for worktops.
